🏝️ Ptrovia Return & Refund Policy
At Ptrovia, each item is made especially for you as soon as you place an order — this helps us reduce overproduction and waste. Because of this, we don’t offer returns or exchanges for wrong sizes, change of mind, or buyer’s remorse.
However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, we’ll replace it or issue a refund at no cost to you.
✨ How to report a problem
If there’s an issue with your order:
- Email hello@ptrovia.com within 30 days of receiving your item.
- Include your order number and clear photos showing the problem.
Our team (and our production partner) will review it and let you know if a replacement or refund will be arranged.
🧾 Eligibility
- Returns are only accepted for damaged, defective, or misprinted items.
- Items must be unused and unwashed.
- We do not accept returns for incorrect sizing — please check the size guide carefully before ordering.
💳 Refunds
If approved, your refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method. You’ll receive an email confirmation when this is complete.
📦 Address
Please do not send items back to our fulfillment centers unless instructed, as unannounced returns cannot be processed.
